Overall Candice liked Commissioner, I’m not a big fan of Commissioner in this spot with the post position and he may get shuffled back and trapped at the rail.
Candice and I both agreed the Risen Star is a chance to take a swing at some prices. This is not the spot for Rise Up. Vicar’s in Trouble has an outside post and that may hamper his efforts, but he is in solid form right now.
